I connected MyFitnessPal to my Fitbit app but food won't sync on the app

I recently bought the Fitbit Charge 3 and I love it. Prior to buying the tracker i used MyFitnessPal to track my food and I find it to better to track food than the Fitbit app. After connecting it any changes I make to my food log on MyFitnessPal syncs to the fitbit website but it doesn't sync to the app on my phone. I prefer using the app to the website that is why I am asking if anyone has a fix for this.

@skang.232 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that you can't see your food log on your Fitbit app. It sounds as if you are using a different email address on your phone. This means that you have 2 Fitbit accounts. Please check the email address used on the website and on the app to make sure you are logged on the same account as you should be able to see the food logs on both the website and app.
