I got my flex about a month ago and am trying to sync it with Virgin Pulse a program we have at work.   It works somewhat except that all the step from the fitbit does not sync over to the  Virgin pulse.   I leave the dongle in my computer at home and the flex will sync when I first get on the computer but if I get out of the fitbit dashboard go to something else on the computer and go back into the dashboard steps change but do not change on my Virgin Pulse side.   So for work I am losing steps. Which costs me Health Miles towards pts which turns into money by the end of the year.  Any suggestions?

Flex will sync to your Dashboard every time you're near of Dongle even though you're not see Fitbit Dashboard, your Flex should sync automatically. Regarding the inquiry that Fitbit isn't syncing with Virgin Pulse unlink and relink both accounts to see if this works.
