I have sync my Fitbit Flex with My Fitness Pal. Battery dies everyday.

I have uploaded the Fitbit app in my fitness pal and now my battery dies everyday.  Any suggestions?

I have been trying to sync my fitbit with My fitness pal, but can't. How did you do it? I can't do it from the My fitness pal app! Sorry, not sure why it is running out of batteries.
