I joined my company team and am supposed to receive a fit bit

I joined my company team and am supposed to receive a Fitbit for participating.  When I try to order I am forwarded to the Fitbit Login and get this message: 

Your account does not use your corporate email address. Please log in with your corporate email, or change your account's email.  When I click on the "change your account's email" it takes me to my page and my corporate email address is in there.  I don't know how to order my Fitbit or if it automatically gets sent to me.  I signed up last Tuesday.  How can I find out?

You wuld probably get a faster and more accurate answer by asking the person in charge of this at your job.
