The plans for fitbit? Will fitbit integrate with google fit!? Will fitbit get on the android wearable train!? The future is there.
The lg, samsung, and moto 360 (moto 360 being my favorite) look amazing and seem to offer everything the fitbit does except for certain features. And of course the web platform you guys have built to track everything in one place second to none.
I just hope you guys do 1 of two things, release your own android wearable based on the new API. Or allow other android wearables to sync to your services perhaps through google fit API?
Alot of cool options out there. I really would love to keep using fitbit as all my friends and family have it and its a great website/tracker. Still using my original force since ive had no complaints with it. I love it.
However the next generation is now, any ideas on what fitbit will do?

So far, Android Wear looks like a wrist-mounted display for your Android device in your pocket. I personally don't find that very exciting, yet. Has anything happened with Android Fit besides an API announcement? I imagine/hope APIs will be tweaked amongst the more "open" players in the industry to work with HealthKit and Fit.

I hope to see this as well. I am already a premium fitbit user and would hope that a proper API would also allow me to continue to use this platform if and when this becomes available. I miss wearing a watch and am after the Moto360.

I would like to know as well. I still have my original fitbit that I got in 2012 and was going to get the wrist style when this one finally got lost or died but a lot of other features the Moto 360 has have me leaning towards that. I still have an Aria scale and would like my data to sync up still between my new step/pulse counter, my scale and my diet stuff and be able to view the data from a high res watch interface instead of just an oled.
I know hardware is your bread and butter, but I mainly buy that because of your software. Even if I had to pay for an app that would work with it instead of having a fitness device and a smartwatch on my arms doing esentially the same things I'd pay for it.
