my Fitness pal app is where I record diet and nutrition. Lately the fitness pal does not credit e recuse performed and also will not sync Fitbit food diary

my Fitness pal app is where I record diet and nutrition. Lately the fitness pal does not sync Fitbit food diary either. Plus I filed a complaint about my Charge HR NOT LASTING A YEAR ( my 3rd Fitbit that broke and I know I was just sent a refurbished one a few months ago. The face has cracked, band has bubbled Charge doesn’t last 24 hrs and my complaint was ignored completely. It occurred when ChargeHr (my 2) was being fazed out and I was informed I could not have credit to upgrade to the new improved charge 2. Not fair. My family has purchased 8-9 for a family of 4 due to poor design and breakage
