Inquiry about joining a new Count.It group

Hey y'all

 

I've been asked to join a new Count.It group, but I was told to join the new group with a new email for both Count.It AND Fitbit. I only have one device, how is this going to work for my Fitbit account? I am already in challenges with my current Fitbit account. So I'm not understanding how I need to change email addresses to have my Fitbit to sync to a 3rd party site.

 

Please help!

@NiaX Welcome back to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this. 

I appreciate the detailed information shared. It's pretty weird that they are asking you to join with a different email address as you mentioned your Fitbit is already paired to the existing account and if you create a new Fitbit account, it won't have any device paired to it. 

Before creating another account, please contact the group administrator or Count.it for more information because this is managed by them.
