My insurance forced a change in glucose meter. Glooko is a connected app to Fitbit but I can't remove One Touch even after disconnected. Any ideas?
Impact, sync works both ways except food and glucose reading doesn't post to Fitbit.

Hi @BobK2, welcome back to the Fitbit community,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. There is an easy way to check the third-party apps that you have linked with your Fitbit account. Simply open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture at the upper left corner, and swipe down to find the option "Connected apps". This will take you to the Fitbit website where you should be able to see the apps that are linked to Fitbit and revoke their access.
If you do not see the One Touch listed, please see, lifescan.com/contact-us.

In clarification I need Glooko to sync not One Touch.

Fitbit never released any pubblic API to be able to import glucose reading in Fitbit. The only possiiblity is that Glooko made an agreement with Fitbit to make it working (like Onetouch did) but I doubt they did it.
In fact this support article in Glooko website mentions only sharing of exercises

Hi @Dopovo, thank you for the information you provided here.
@BobK2, Actually, in my previous post, I provided you with the steps to revoke access from One Touch to Fitbit, which was your original question. As mentioned before in this thread, Fitbit does not have the capability to support Glooko. However, I think it would be great to have an integration with Glooko. I took the liberty to search for a request like this but couldn't find any. Please feel free to visit our Product Feedback board and share your ideas with our team.

This instead was done for another glucose monitor brand but closed by @YojanaFitbit with a wrong reason as she often does because evidently she doesn't know enough the Fitbit API available. The feature should be reopened
Same as above but this time it was @LizzyFitbit who wrongly closed the feature suggestion.
Again from @YojanaFitbit
Feel free to check other similar suggestions
In other word what is the motivation to post the suggestions when they are incorrectly closed and locked for further discussion? I think the moderators should be better trained for the purpose.
