I am lost. I hear people talking about time, there is no time on my flex. I am double counting my exercise I believe. The calories I eat are being counted, hooked it to MYFITNESSPAL which I also put exercise so... It seems the only thing this really does is count steps? Everything else I use the other programs?

@KatBallou I'm glad to see you posting on the Community! Flex won't show the time in your display. The lights will illuminate each time you reach 20% of your goal meaning of Flex lights. Any activity that's step based shouldn't be log in your Dashboard because your tracker was made for that; Any other activity that requires more than just steps should be log in order to improve the accuracy of this activity contribution to your caloric burn.
Some people use MyFitnessPal to log food because sometimes you find more food there, otherwise not all the activities should be log.
