Ionic synchronization issue

@Dzire1608 so your problem is not with your ionic syncing with your Fitbit account but your Fitbit account not syncing with a third party app called discovery?

If so I will move you're pay to the third party board.

@Haedineare you having the same problem of your Fitbit account and discovery?

The only option wet can suggest is to revoke access to discovery than through discovery link back up to Fitbit. If this fails to dox the sync problem then you will have to reach out to Discovery  third party apps like discovery are responsible for the Fitbit connection.

Actually the first step where the Fitbit needs to sync to the Fitbit app,
is not working which as a result, is not synchronizing with the 3rd part
app Discovery. The problem then is with Fitbit rather than the 3rd party.
Any thoughts there?
