Is it possible to control the direction of syncing?

I had my fitbit set up to sync all gps activities to Strava, but something has happened lately where all my Strava activities are syncing back to fitbit. This is affecting all of my stats, including my readiness score and other 3rd party syncing.  This hasn't been an issue until I bought Strava premium at the start of this year. I've been to both sites and the only controls now seem to be on or off.

 

Is there a place to choose what syncs?

For information about what data is transferred between Fitbit and Strava, please visit this post. There is no option to choose what is synced between your accounts.

 

If necessary, you can unlink Strava from your Fitbit account and link it once again. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I troubleshoot apps connected to my Fitbit account?".

 

You can also find some troubleshooting steps on Strava site that might get you back on track.
