Is it possible to remove BMR calculation from Fitbit?

Hi 🙋🏻‍:female_sign:

I’m using versa 3 and synch it with MyFitnessPal.
my goal is 1200kcal to lose weight

when I wake up it says on MFP that I have extra 400kcal to eat. Now I understand it is taking the data from my Fitbit as this is what kcal I’ve lost over night BUT I only want kcal burned on MFP from steps and exercises. Nothing else. Is there any way I could set this up? I want to give up on using this as £1600 kcal is too high and it keep on rising.

also I have YAZIO. Would this be better to synch rather than MFP?

thank you 🙏

Sorry, but Fitbit also records your BMR. or lets say the calories your body burns to keep you in the land with living people.

Your BMR can not be removed.
