There doesn't seem to be. It's not on the list of apps at www.fitbit.com/apps and there is a feature suggestion open to enable this integration at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Fatsecret-Integration/idi-p/244694

 

In that suggestion it suggests that it might be worth asking the people at Fat Secret as they could develop an interface from their side.
