Has anyone noticed a pattern with winning points vs gift cards when you do 10 days of exercise and get a spin on the Vitality wheel?  I've gotten 13 spins now (not including spins for changing levels from silver to gold, etc.) and I seem to get a gift card every 5th spin.  I wondered from the beginning if it was staged, or if you could learn to spin the wheel just right.

Hi there @Aleena3, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading you have concerns about John Hancock Vitality insurance and how the rewards works.

 

I'm sure there other Fitbit users out there that can give you a better insight regarding this, but if you need more help. I recommend to get in contact directly with John Hancock Life Insurance support.

 

This is a functionality from the third party service you mentioned and we do not have access to this information from our end to provide you the help you are looking for.
