Last update did something -LoseIt

 After the last update, which I did yesterday, my fitbit Alta and the lose it app are no longer talking.

 

LoseIt  says that the fitbit tracker is connected but it's not getting any data from it. In my Fitbit app, it is longer is talking to Lose It!   Because the calories in the bottom are not moving and updating. 

 

 I have disconnected my alta from Lose It! and reconnected it and that did not work. I have gone through Fitbit to Try and See if there is any change in my access to allow loseit to talk to Alta and updated that and it didn't work so now I'm kind of lost. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Family @Kitten4444! Thanks for the troubleshoot and the details you've mentioned. In this case, the best thing to do would be to contact LoseIt directly so they can continue helping you with this. 

 

Additionally, you may want to try these instructions that LoseIt suggests in order to get both apps linked again.
