Link Fitbit with Power of Vitality

Does anyone know how to sync up thier Fitbit to the Powerofvitality website?

Vitality as in ViSalus? I could look into it for you! I have never tried but I am sure there probably is a way!

On the power of Vitality website,  go under the Get Heatlhy tab and pull Fitness and Exercise.  On that page hit Learn more under Fitness Devices.  Under Fitness Devices scroll down to Fibit.  Hit Learn more under Fitbit and then you should see the steps needed to get the accounts connected.

You can manually connect your account by going to Get Healthy > Fitness and Exercise > Fitness Devices > Fitbit Activity Tracker > Link Your Account. Once you have linked your account, your workouts will automatically transfer to Vitality.

Workouts are not retroactively awarded, so we recommend linking your Fitbit account to Vitality the same day you create it. You can find more information here: https://www.powerofvitality.com/vitalityportal/pdf/what_device_is_right_for_me.pdf

Hi Roberto.

Can you help? Discovery Vitality tell me it's syncing with my Charge 2 every day but it hasn't recorded any activity for about three weeks. I haven't yet reached any activity limits set by Vitality so it must be the permission for fitbit to send data to Vitality. How do I connect again?

Hello @biffothebear, welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm sorry I haven't replied anything lately. I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting? 

In order to reconnect your accounts you need to revoke the access first. Go to your Applications settings and revoke the access of your integration. Now is just matter to re-connect your accounts following the steps of my previous post.
