Link to manually post fitbit data to HealthVault not always available

It seems that many users are having trouble with fitbit data transfering with Microsoft's Healthvault on a daily basis with regularity.

I understand that some say the transfer is actually done by Healthvault requesting the data from fitbit rather than fitbit automatically "pushing" or sending the data to Healthvault.

Perhaps this is why fitbit has added the ability to,

"Post up to 30 days of historical data collected before [date]"

This line appears under Settings-Sharing, then at the bottom of the

section under "Partners".

When one clicks on the "post" hyperlink, the previous 30 days of fitbit data successfully appear in Healthvault. This is usually the only way I can get the fitbit data over to Healthvault.

However, the "Post up to 30 days of historical data collected before [date]" link is often missing. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't.

Why isn't this function always available?

Is there another way to manually transfer data to Healthvault when the "Post" link does not appear?

When you sync your tracker the info is immediately pushed to any 3rd party apps you have connected with. At the other end, it might sit in a queue until they release it to your account. I notice HealthValuth is usually about 48 hours behind. You might want to ask over at Microsoft what is happening with your data.

Where is this "post" button gone?

I can find the page https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/share/healthvault

But the link to https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/share#healthvault shows only Twitter, Facebook and Wordpress?
