I have recently bought an Alta hr and am having trouble syncing it to my wellness account. (Technogym) I know that my previous fitbit used to link as I have data showing in my account history. Has anyone else had a similar problem and does anyone know a solution? I have downloaded both apps again and I have tried to link them but it still will not work.

Hello @Ange30, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering if is giving you some sort of error at the moment to connect your accounts?
This integration doesn't figure among the officially supported app, however this doesn't mean in won't work. The only difference is we cannot control the data it will be shared.
I know the way to connect your account is:
1. Login to your account on www.mywellness.com
2. Hover over your profile picture. When the drop-down menu appears click “settings”
3. Click “Linked accounts” on the left and then click “Connect” by the Fitbit logo.
If this is not working the best to do is either accessing to your applications setting sin your online-Dashboard and revoke the access to try again. Or the other option is to contact directly Technogym for more help.
