I can't seem to link the two apps together.
I followed the instructions and have tried to link them through myfitnesspal, and on my homepage it shows I am connected, but the information doesnt seem to be feeding into each other.
Any help out there??

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @ValHoops. I would recommend revoking the access between your two accounts and linking them once again. This should settle everything up. Let me know how it goes.

Have disconnected the two apps via the webpage and have reconnected and folowed all the instructions again from the connection page (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit/connected)
I will see how it goes tomorrow and let you know ;o)

If you keep experiencing difficulties transferring data between your accounts, it could be a good idea contacting MyFitnessPal Customer Support. They might be able to provide further assistance.
