In the 'old' days I informed Bounts that the gym checkin pin was incorrectly located and it was sorted. However NOW I get no checkins AGAIN and cannot contact Bounts at all.

Hello @Iceblue, nice to see you around in the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are having troubles with Bounts. Is this happening when you try to connect this app to your Fitbit Dashboard? Note that Bounts is not officially recognized as a compatible third party app. So, the information we have available is very limited regarding the functionality of the app.
There are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. The best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit.
If the issue continues, you can also browse their site for information or contact the app owner for additional help.
