Hi guys,
Simple question for those who use MFP and Fitbit. Which app should I log weight training on? I've been logging them in MFP but wasn't sure if that's the best way to do so. Just got a new phone late last week and figured I should take the time to make sure I'm logging things in the right places. Any feedback would be nice!

Hi, @bruinsgirl33! Since you didn't tell us which tracker you're using, I guess it depends. If you're logging it manually, I would log it in mfp. This will sync over to Fitbit. If you're using a heart rate model of Fitbit, I would track it from your Fitbit. While strength training isn't entirely encompassed by heart rate (cardio is better), it will be a better estimate of your calorie burn than just your height/weight/age, etc. This unfortunately won't be synced over to mfp, so you'll find yourself using mfp just to log food and Fitbit for everything else.
