Looking for a hidden heart rate monitor

Currently I have the Fitbit One and the fitbit scale however, I don't get heart rate with the one and I don't want to upgrade to a band or a watch as I don't like anything on my wrist. What options do I have to get something that I can keep hidden that will give me heartrate as an addone or a replacement to the fitbit one? I would be ok with a chest strap or something on the skin as long as its not on my wrist and that i could continue to use the fitbit app

There is nothing that you can connect directly. You would have to use something like a Polar chest HR monitor (or similar) with their app and then find another app that both can connect with your Fitbit account and the Polar app. However, there is no gurantee the info would come over into your Fitbit account. Here is a list of apps that can connect to your Fitbit account.
