My Lose It app is not capturing step info from my Fitbit Flex nor is it giving calorie info to Fitbit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. I've reset the Fitbit. None of this has met with success.
Because my Fitbit has been replaced already they want me to send it in for evaluation, which is not an option as I would have no tracker. I have heard nothing from Lose It about the issue.
Would disconnecting the connection between them and reconnecting help? Would my historical info be protected?

My Fitbit quit syncing with my Lose it app right after my fit bit app update on 1/29/17. Is there a solution to this problem?
