Lose it!, Fitbit, and Strava don't mix?

So I just started using Strava for my rides and I noticed today that both Fitbit and Strava gave me calorie "bonuses" (meaning- calorie deficient/extra calories that can be eaten) . I think that's double counting, no? Strava is linked to Fitbit and I received the Fitbit bonus in Lose it! in part because of the calories spent cycling (Strava sent the ride to Fitbit). Then Strava also sent the ride to Lose it! and gave me a separate bonus. Isn't that double dipping? Lose it! peeps, how do I remedy this? Yesterday, even though both apps showed in Lose it!, it only registered the Fitbit bonus and was 0 from the Strava for that ride. Any help is appreciated. PS can't find where to upload a pic in here, sorry. Thank you, Mizz

Welcome aboard @MizUndastood! I have a couple of questions for you. Did you manually log this activity on Fitbit or did you register it using GPS? Where did you register your activity, Strava or Fitbit? In regard to the issues with LoseIt, have you contacted them directly to see if Strava does share your information with them? In this case, it would be best to handle that issue directly with them.

Looking forward to your reply.
