Lose it and fitbit accuracy

I read on Lose it that it`s calories estimate is rougly based on 7500 steps and I`ve seen other people say they received a fitbit bonus between 7000-8000 steps. Usually I have to get over 10000 steps before I see a bonus? Like yesterday I had over 11500 steps and it still said i had to burn another 100 calories for a bonus? Why do I have to have more steps than everyone else? Also I have the Fitbit One.

@MomSecrest I'm sorry that your post went without a response for so long. According to Lose It! you will get a calorie bonus when your Fitbit tells Lose It! that you have burned more calories that Lose It! expects you to burn. You can read the complete article here: When do I get a Fitbit calorie bonus? and make sure all of your personal data is the same on fitbit and on loseit. Same height, weight, and food plan. Otherwise, they won't sync up calorie counts correctly.
