Luxe does no longer synch Echelon bike classes

Hi,

 

I use Fitbit Luxe and the EchelonFit app (for Stride treadmill and EX-s5 bike classes). Both are connected.

However, when doing the synch, only run classes are transmitted to the Fitbit history, but no longer bike classes. It worked in the past, but now it's no longer.

Bike class is recorded to be finished correctly in the EchelonFit app.

 

Any idea?

Hello @Miri-Kiri the Lux never does sync with Echalon. 

Echalon is responsible for syncing with Fitbit. 

The only steps we can suggest, revoke echalon access, and set it up again. 

If this fails, contact Echalon, they may have changed something.
