Luxe won't connect to Strava

Hello,

I've tried various methods and cannot get my fitbit luxe to connect to strava.

I've even gone in and started an exercise and the gps connects but nothing happens in strava to connect. 

I've gone through both the fitbit app and the strava app to try and link the services with no luck.

Hi there, @Hughesle318. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Strava and Fitbit before reaching out. 

As a first approach, I'd like to clarify that as a user we don't connect our Fitbit device with our Strava account. We connect our Fitbit account to our Strava account.

With that being said, I'd like to confirm that you've followed the steps below to connect your Fitbit and Strava accounts:

 

  1. Visit strava.fitbit.com and tap or click Connect.
  2. Log in to your Strava account.
  3. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the on-screen instructions.
