Since November my Luxe (that I purchased myself) will not sync with UHC Renew Rewards program. After multiple phone calls to both UHC support and Fitbit support and out $20 in rewards, I gave up. New year, offer of a new Luxe from UHC and I thought my Luxe would sync. No such Luck. Hard close, reset, Bluetooth off and back on . . . Nothing is helping. Please - an answer is much needed
