Hey so i used my fitbit at the gym, i found the burned calories inaccurate :S i logged after the workout im assuming this is wrong, should i be clicking the clock and entering when i start a workout?
If i log a workout in MFP (which seems more accurate atm) will it sync over? will it double count because of also tracking steps?
I am kinda lost

Nice to see you around @sarajenivieve!
When you are working out, your Flex 2 can automatically recognize your workout if it's continuous and it's part of the list of workouts recognized by SmartTrack. If your tracker recognizes the workout, it will log it automatically in your account, and you won't have to log it manually. If it doens't, you can log the activity manually.
If you log an activity in MyFitnessPal, it will automatically sync to your Fitbit account, and it will override all the information your Flex 2 recorded during that time. Just make sure your Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts are linked.
Keep me posted in case you need anything else!
