I downloaded the MINDBODY app but cannot seem to sync my Fitbit with it. When I go to the connect Fitbit it does not redirect me.

Hey there @Denise0125! Welcome to the Community!
It is possible that the MindBody app has not loaded the redirection properly. My suggestion in this case would be to try to log out o the MindBody app, close it out and then reopen it and try the connection once again.

I am also having trouble linking my Mindbody account to my FitBit. I tried logging out of both FitBit and Mindbody, and it still doesn't work 😞
I am having the same issues with MyFitness Pal
Please let me know what else I can do!!!! This is so frustrating -sigh-

I have also been trying to connect mine and have the same issue. Logging out or closing out the app or both haven't worked.

So, I tried logging out and logging back in on both FitBit and MindBody. But it worked after I turned my phone on and off, logged out of both, and then deleted the app, and then redownloaded and signed back in.
Lol I know it's tedious but it finally worked after this process.

I've had this issue ever since downloading MindBody, but @krapitsamy 's solution worked for me! I just deleted the app and then re-downloaded it.

Hi there,
I still have this problem. I had charge3 and it worked fine with Mindbody but then the device died and I got a replacement. Now the replacement fitbit I can not connect to the Mindboody app. When I click to the connect button nothing happens. I tried to delete both apps, log of of both apps, I restarted my phone, I turned off and on my phone...I am out of ideas, nothing works.

Thanks for bringing those details on the matter.
In this case I'd recommend that you try to get in touch with Mindbody directly so that they can look into the situation. Keep in mind that these integrations are developed by the third parties.

I closed out of the Fitbit app and Mindbody app. Signed back in to both and it sinced up

this worked for me too. I just deleted the apps and reinstalled them and then it worked.
