I had hoped to use my new Versa 3 for 2 things, GPS tracking of my runs etc and music. Music is apparently a non-feature unless you want to run with your phone (then it is pointless, you may as well just have your phone) or pay £156 PER year to listen to the musac Deezer has on their playlists.
The other issue is that the website states that the watch will sync with MapMyRun, but there is no option for this anywhere on the Fitbit or the MMR apps. MMR has several other providers like Apple, Samsung, Suunto, UA, Garmin, and more, but not FitBit. Will this be coming back? Your website ways that the connectivity for MMR is working correctly, but there is no option to sync the Versa 3 and MMR app on iOS.
I'm not sure what is up with MMR but until MMR informs Fitbit that something has changed with their sync, Fitbit will not know of a change.
If your issue is with MMR and the Fitbit sync, it is best to reach out to MMR.
This is because MMR is the party that handles the interface.
I don't see Fitbit listed as a partner app.,

Thanks for getting back to us and for sharing your MapMyRun inquiry @Jo386.
You can check the Apps that work with Fitbit here. You can find MapMyRun there. As @Rich_Laue mentioned, the best thing is contacting MapMyRun assistance.
Music is not available if you don't carry your phone with you.
