Mindbody App "Unable to find Fitbit data"

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I sign up for fitness classes on Mindbody and I like that it syncs with my Fitbit to give me my stats in the Mindbody app after the class. Ever since I switched from an Alta HR to the Versa, the stats have stopped updating and I get a message that Mindbody is unable to find Fitbit data. I have tried reinstalling both apps, unlinking and relinking my Fitbit account to Mindbody, and restarting my tracker. All this has done is erase all my previous workout data on Mindbody even though it is supposed to sync retroactively. Weirdly, there is one class where the stats show. To be clear, Mindbody is connecting fine to my Fitbit account but the data is not being shared.

Hi there @avocadotoast, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community and my apologies for the late response. I appreciate you have share screenshot of this error and certainly this is the first time I heard of a similar report.

Usually, when you reset the integration between Mindbody and Fitbit, it should not delete your activities, so this is an unexpected behavior.

Make sure all your authorizations are confirmed when you connected your Fitbit and Mindbody account. For more details please refer to this thread.

Otherwise, if this is not the reason of the issue. I would recommend to contact directly Mindbody customer support for more in depth help.

Let me know how it goes and how it turns out. I'll be around!
