Hi,
I've had Vitality health insurance for years and used Fitbit alongside this with no issues in the past. Now it seems to be glitching out big time.
What contributes to the tracked steps sent to Vitality? Device, mobile track, manually added activites?
I've had to use mobile track couple of times recently and the data doesn't seem to track well at all, doesn't sync to Dashboard consistently at all.
I'm using Android version 10 on Honor 10 with the latest Fitbit updated app.

I appreciate you contacting the Community for more information. Your Fitbit device will share information with Vitality but no information is shared from Vitality to Fitbit. That information can be logged in manually, to do so check this article, How do I log health information in the Fitbit app? and also How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?.
