My Fitbit inspire 3 stopped reporting steps to my healthcare provider app UHC on Sunday. There was an update for the Fitbit that I did on Monday night. The Fitbit did report steps the next day but my watch had this new feature for active steps that was hijacking the screen and buzzing whenever I start having “active steps” (which annoys me bc it feels like getting electrocuted every few minutes) and i couldn’t see the time so I tried to turn that feature off. Now my steps won’t load to UHC for the past few days. I have been connecting to this app to earn rewards money for the past year and a half. Any ideas? I’m really frustrated and I need my rewards $ to pay for my medications!!!
