I have been using MFP since Feb, and have recently started using with my new Flex ( best birthday present). I used a converter and changed the Fitbit calories goal to the same amount as the MFP kilojoules. Was this the right thing to do?

@Maursy It's awesome to hear that you received Flex as a birthday present, hope you enjoyed your birthday! Personally, I would leave "calories" in Fitbit and "kilojoules" in MFP because when Fitbit will make an adjustment MFP will automatically calculate it using kilojoules, I checked my account it seems to be working correctly having it like that (see the screenshot)

Hey hey hey, thanks for stopping by @Maursy! It's awesome to hear that you own a Flex tracker. I also have one, Teal, and I love it very much as well. Smiley Very Happy

About your question on tranfering the calorie amount from MFP to Fitbit, I recommend to actually log your Fitbit calories to MFP. This will be done automatically, so you do not have to continue convertin the calories and save up some time.

I wish you the best in achievin your goals! Robot wink
