My Fitness Pal showing too many steps from Fitbit. No calorie adjustment shows.

For the 4th day in a row, My Fitness Pal is not showing my Fitbit calorie adjustment. Today, it shows a step count of 13,000, but I’ve only done 11,000, plus there is no calorie adjustment. My Fitness Pal says it is a Fitbit issue since 11/8. Is anyone working on fixing this? This is becoming a regular occurrence and I’m getting ready to just give up on Fitbit. It’s impossible to contact their help center and get an answer.
