Welcome to the Community @onethckmadam! You should try unlink an relink both accounts. If your tracker is syncing correctly, I suggest contacting MyFitnessPal Support.
I hope this helps.

This is happening for me as well. My fitbit is not syncing with any 3rd party apps (Walgreens or Rally). I tried unlinking and relinking but both apps say that my device has not synced any new data since this morning, even though it has.

@BmoreBex Hope you're doing well! Try re-linking those apps to the Fitbit. Follow this process:
1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, Walgreens or Rally click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by repeating the integration process for each app.
Let me know how it goes!

None of the areas you say to click exist where you say they do, at least not anymore. When I try to follow the instructions, the words you say to click are not there. Do you have updated advice? Disconnecting doesn't work. It just reconnects on its own.

@Lina-A Welcome to the Fitbit family! Maybe you are using the Fitbit app to do this process? It is not possible on the Fitbit app, just on the Fitbit.com Dashboard. Check this out:
- Click here to go to the "Applications" screen.
- Search for MyFitnessPal and click on "Revoke Access".
- Re-link both apps.
Check the picture below:
Apps Screen
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

I’ve tried this several times tried deleting apps and then revoking access no good. It will not connect I keep getting the error Fitbit connected to another account. I log out and back in and there is no MFP app showing access.

Hi. I have revoked access more than once and tried to go through this process to relink. Every time I try to relink the two apps, MFP says Fitbit is already connected to it, even if I've logged out and back in to MFP first. Why arent then connecting? What else can I do to fix it?
