My Inspire HR can't sync heartbeats with Healthy 365 apps

Hi all,

 

As above. a bit strange is my healthy 365 apps can sync steps but can't sync MVPA.

It was ok until yesterday night. It stop syncing . Any solution is appreciated.

@JotaroT Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Thanks for letting me know that your Fitbit is syncing steps to your Healthy 365 app. Currently, Fitbit doesn't sync heart rate data to any third-party app. You may want to check this idea Allow third-parties to access live heart rate data (so Fitbits can act as HR monitors), these are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
