My Versa will not let me add friends or sync to my Itrackbites.

Hi, this app is not supported by Fitbit, therefore you cannot add friends to it, sorry.

• Hello @Annabell30  friends ate not added to your tracker but to your Fitbit account, for help in adding friends we word need to know if these are friends in you contacts or Facebook. 

As for third parties like Itrackbites connecting up to Fitbit would be up to them.

Third parties don't need to tell Fitbit or even ask for permission to connect to Fitbit, therefore Fitbit doesn't know about every app threat syncs with Fitbit,  but the connection needs to be done from their side. They are in control and it is them that we need to ask. 

A quick search of the internet brings me to a help page on their site explaining how to content the two accounts.

Thank you for your help. It is all ok now except for adding friends. I emailed a friend who has an account but she never got it. She sent me a request and I never got it. Do you have an suggestions?

Send your friend a link to your profile page.  You can do it through email or text. Your friend can click on the link and then request friendship.
