My fit bit zip is not syncing with Sparkpeople or on my iPhone5 but is reading my steps

As my subject, see above. The last time it synched was around 10:06 a.m. this morning, June 19, 2017.

I've tried turning off my phone and restarting it. And have looked into whether or not the Bluetooth on my computer was hooked up, and it is. So I don't know what the problem is. The battery is full and it is connected otherwise I would not have 6,275 steps on the tracker.

 

Can you help?

Hello @blazingsword, it's nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community again. I suggest to review the following post to address the syncing issues between your tracker and your phone. It might be possible the Sparkpeople issue be related to the syncing problem.

 

If not you can revoke the access from your online Dashboard in the Applications setting and reconnect your accounts one more time.
