My fitbit zip won't sync exercise to MyFitnessPal

I just recently got my fitbit zip, and despite the desktop site of both MyFitnessPal and Fitbit saying they're connected to each other, my steps and calorie data is not being synced from my fitbit device to the MFP app. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting it, but still nothing. How can I fix this?

@Jmid97 Welcome to the Community! Thanks for the troubleshoot you've tried. I would like you to try this troubleshoot posted by @AndrewFitbit. That may be the reason why you're not seeing steps and calories burned in your account. 

 

Also, make sure that you're seeing your steps in the check-in section of MFP.
