Let me help you with that @Larnott1602! Some times the information between MyFitnessPal y Fitbit is different due to syncing issues, I recommend making sure your HR is syncing properly with your Dashboard. I noticed that you wrote from an iOS device, so I think that manually sync your HR with your iOS will help. After this try to unlink and relink your accounts to refresh the information.
