My fitness pal app

I am using my fitbit in coordination with the My Fitness Pal App on my iphone/ipad.  I find the fitbit gives me a lot more burned calories than the app ever used to...and with that, I am not losing weight.  Anyone else having this issue?  I lowered my calories intake on the app to 1000 just to offset what the burned calories adds back in.

I've started using MFP to log food because it is so much better for UK however MFP wants me to eat at least 1200 calories a day an complains when I don't while Fitbit is only allowing me about 1000 because I am very sedentary. I find that a bit of a problem and I'm not sure how to reconcile the two - or if you can

mimi- I would ignore that stupid 'starvation mode' warning on MFP.  I think if you never hit 'complete my log for the day', you never get it, also.  There is no need to hit that unless you like to see the pace comment about when you'll hit your goals.

I log food via MFP but I only 'look' at my Fitbit status because I have all activities funneling there and that's where my objectives/goals are established. I don't even look at my MFP's summary.
