How do I get a calorie adjustment on my fitness pal when syncing with Fitbit?

This is automatic when the two accounts are linked. Are yours linked with no adjustment?

 

By default you only get positive calorie adjustments in MFP i.e. if you are more active than anticipated then fitbit sends MFP a positive calorie adjustment. If you are less active than expected then fitbit will not do anything. However, there is a setting within MyFitnessPal that lets fitbit send negative adjustments in these instances.
