Has anybody else experienced this problem? I have the most updated version of iOS, but the apps are not working together. Anybody know how to fix the problem?

Thanks for stopping by @Mo09! I recommend to try unlinking and relinking both account. You can follow the steps below:

1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal.

After relinking, you can verify that your accounts are syncing by using one of the following data points:
1. On Fitbit you can check for your meal summary and logged activities from MFP.
2. On MyFitnessPal, go to "My Home," then "Check-In." You should see your weight, Fitbit Steps, and Fitbit Sleep Minutes.

I hope this helps you out! Smiley Happy

I've got the same problem except I get a message saying my fitbit is already linked to another fitness pal account. I've followed the steps above about 10 times and it's still saying the same thing. Any tips?

Hi @Pinkfruity! I suggest to contact MFP so they can investigate on this and help you figure out what other account you have with them.

I hope this gets resolved for you soon.Smiley Happy
