Hello @alice247. Welcome, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. Are you revoking the access from your Fitbit Account?
We can try to revoke the access directly from MFP. Go to the following link http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps and make sure you are on your old account. In the right side of your screen you should see the Fitbit Tracker. Access here and press Disconnect.
Log out your old MFP account and go back to your Fitbit applications settings and review if you have MFP. If is there revoke the access normally.
This post will provide you more details if you want to link a new account.
This should do the trick, if the issue persist just let me know.

Hi,
I am having the same issue and when I try to revoke the access from MFP, it doesn't give me the option to disconnect. I go into the Fitbit tracker and click "Revoke Access". It appears to delete any connection to MFP but when I try to re-link MFP to Fitbit, it doesn't work. Can you help me in any way?
Thanks!

Hello @AlyssaKAng, welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering where are you trying to reconnect your accounts, is it from MyFitnessPal?
To link your accounts again you should go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps
. Here you should be able to see the connect option when you select the Fitbit app again. If the issue persists please clear the cookies of your web browser and give it another try.
Keep me posted how it goes.
