I’m trying to link a new my fitness pal account to my Fitbit account. I receive a message that I already have a my fitness pal app linked to my Fitbit account.

I had a my fitness pal account linked many many years ago and I don’t know the email address that was used to try and log back into the old account to revoke access. 
is there a way to find out what my fitness pal email address/account is linked to my Fitbit account?

Hi @CoraD  did you check with MyFitnessPal and ask them? If they are anything like Fitbit, you have to know the email address you used. There's no real workaround for not remembering your email address. Not sure, due to privacy issues, if Fitbit could tell you what email address they have on file.
