My fitness pal

Sure this has been asked and answered but I have searched a few f the forums to no real advantage. My charge used to sync with my fitness pal. This particular device was faulty and Fitbit promptly sent me a new one ....... I have been unable to sync the new device. I have tried the basic like disconnecting. I uploaded the new firmware. My charge doesn't want to co operate.

Did you remove the old Fitbit device from your account?

You can do this from the bottom of the settings page on the web, or from the trashcan on device page of your app.
