I set my fitness pal to sync with Fitbit but Fitbit doesn't recognize my input in MyFitnessPal.

I tried Fitbit help and could not find an answer. That's why I came to the Forum. So apparently my fitness pal will communicate to Fitbit but Fitbit won't accept the information.
