I'm having the same issue here - I'm using FitBit charge 2.
till one week ago everything working fine, I'm in contact with Customer Service but still no progress - I was even recommended to ask myfitnesspal to solve the problem (?).
now, as reading your question, I'm not sure if it is a global issue.
I look forward to read some more experiences
